All Volunteers
Must have the following qualifications
- Be 21 years of age and have a HS Diploma or the equivalent (secondary degree preferred in some areas)
- Be willing to adhere to all program policies and procedures
- Be dependable and consistent in meeting the time commitments
- Be willing to communicate regularly with program staff, submit activity information, and take constructive feedback regarding mentoring activities.
- If transporting mentees.students, have auto insurance and a good driving record
- Must pass a criminal background and drug test (if required) and attend all required trainings
